"Notice and Takedown" is a procedure operated by online hosts due to court orders or allegations that content is unlawful. It's commonly applied in relation to defamation and other illegal online content. This project supports the removal of content on the world's most famous search engine starting with "G," which may violate online laws regulated by the DMCA. The primary responsibility of this role is to review, analyze, and take action on reported online content. You'll be part of a rapidly growing, multilingual team, collaborating with internal teams on-site for a leading multinational online company.

Your Responsibilities:
- Assessment and processing of incoming data protection inquiries using online tools
- Validation of each request's legitimacy (requests may involve defamation, fraud, forgery)
- Ongoing training on policy and protocol changes
- Handling complex data protection cases and regulatory inquiries
- Maintaining high quality standards and achieving weekly productivity goals
- Effective collaboration with team members to enhance internal efficiency and effectiveness

Your Profile:
- Fluent Dutch language skills (at least C1 level, ideally native speaker)
- B2 level English proficiency Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Quick grasp of new processes, concepts, and skills
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to work precisely, efficiently, and at a high standard
- Preferably a legal background or experience in the travel industry
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage time efficiently
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to review content that may be deemed inappropriate and/or contain sensitive and explicit material
