Sales Advisor Position – Join Our Team in Barcelona!

We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our Call Centre in 22@ in Poblenou, Barcelona. The role involves selling accommodation and additional services tailored to customer profiles.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Closing cold calls to meet set KPIs.
• Identifying customer needs and preferences to promote purchases effectively.
• Selling ancillary services alongside accommodation to help meet sales targets (e.g., catering, ski services, insurance, wellness packages).

What we are looking for:

• At least 1 year of successful sales experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and adaptability.
• Ability to handle stress and deliver results.
• Strong commercial acumen and a positive, dynamic attitude.
• A team player who thrives on challenges.
• Native proficiency in Dutch.

What we offer:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Contract: 6-month renewable fixed-term contract.
• Salary: €22.9K base + €6K bonus potential
