Your Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support via calls, emails, or chat in both Dutch and English.
  • Solve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Log details of customer interactions and actions taken.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Native-level Dutch (C2) and fluent English (C1).
  • Willing to relocate to Greece or already living there.
  • EU Passport holder.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
