Your Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer support via calls, emails, or chat in both Dutch and English.
Solve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
Log details of customer interactions and actions taken.
The Ideal Candidate
Native-level Dutch (C2) and fluent English (C1).
Willing to relocate to Greece or already living there.
EU Passport holder.
A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
