Your Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with existing customers through calls, emails, and chat in Dutch and English.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with efficiency and professionalism.
Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in the system.
The Ideal Candidate
Native-level Dutch (C2) and fluent English (C1).
EU Passport or eligibility to work in Greece.
A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service.
Willingness to relocate or currently residing in Greece.
