Your Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with existing customers through calls, emails, and chat in Dutch and English.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with efficiency and professionalism.
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in the system.
The Ideal Candidate
- Native-level Dutch (C2) and fluent English (C1).
- EU Passport or eligibility to work in Greece.
- A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service.
- Willingness to relocate or currently residing in Greece.
