Your Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and friendly support to Dutch-speaking customers via calls, emails, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with a customer-first approach.
- Log and document customer interactions and solutions in the system.
The Ideal Candidate
- Native-level Dutch (C2) and fluent English (C1).
- EU Passport or eligibility to work in Greece.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Willingness to relocate or already residing in Greece.
