About the Role:

Serving as strategic partners to numerous renowned brands, they are dedicated specifically to customer service and technical support and Content Moderation.

As a content moderation agent, your primary responsibility, alongside a dynamic team, is to analyze content that is being posted and protect the future generations from harmful elements. While proficiency in Spanish is essential for this role, fluency in English is also required. You'll be handling. Moreover, this role involves data entry and utilization of software.

As a Content Moderator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our platform maintains a positive and respectful environment for all users. You will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content, including text, images, videos, and interactions, to ensure compliance with our community guidelines and policies.

  • Review user-generated content to identify and remove material that violates platform policies, including hate speech, harassment, explicit or violent imagery, misinformation, and copyright infringement.
  • Exercise judgment and discretion in assessing content, considering context, cultural nuances, and evolving trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine moderation policies and procedures.
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback to users regarding moderation decisions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in content moderation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish (C2 level) and conversational proficiency in English
  • Politeness, courtesy, and excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in teams
  • Flexibility in working hours, including shifts
  • Proficiency in software applications
