Missions:
You are the first person a potential customer will speak with when they call our client - you must give the best first impression.
You will perform a remote computer or IoT (Internet of Things) device security check – using our client´s professional toolkit to scan the device
You will give a security and performance diagnosis and provide suggestions to the potential customer
You will convert inbound calls into loyal customers, and transfer the customer to level 2 technicians to provide comprehensive service
