Your workday will just fly by as you will:
- Process incoming orders accurately;
- Verify order details and coordinate with internal teams;
- Fulfill and resolve issues and discrepancies related to billing promptly;
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and contracts;
- Maintain detailed records of processed invoices;
Requirements:
- Speak and write Italian (C1+) and English (B2+) fluently;
- Have strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
- Are able to multitask effectively and prioritize workload in a fast-paste environment;
- Have excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills;
- Are experienced in relevant software systems (e.g., S4Hana, VIM);
