Job Opportunity at Santevet - Customer Support Specialist (French&Flemish-Speaking)

Role Overview: Join our dynamic team at Santevet as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our French-speaking pet insurance customers, providing exceptional support across various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance: Deliver top-notch support to our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to pet insurance policies with efficiency and empathy.
  • Problem Resolution: Quickly identify and resolve customer concerns, ensuring their satisfaction by following established procedures and delivering high-quality service.
  • Inquiry Management: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and claims, always striving to exceed customer expectations.
  • Information Provider: Offer accurate and friendly responses to questions regarding insurance options, reimbursements, warranty exclusions, and other related topics.
  • Technical Support: Provide basic technical assistance to help customers navigate our online tools and understand the features of their pet insurance.
  • Documentation: Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, including issues encountered, solutions provided, and any necessary policy adjustments.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Advanced written and oral proficiency in French&Flemish is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-Focused: A strong orientation towards customer service, with a proven ability to resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Adaptability: Quick to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with computer tools and quick to learn new systems.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in the insurance or customer service industry is a plus.
  • A passion for pets and an understanding of the needs of pet owners would be advantageous.

What We Offer:

  • Working Hours: Flexible scheduling from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (2 Saturdays per month).
  • Contract: Permanent contract with a one-month trial period, working 39 hours per week.

Offer Details:

  • Salary: €22,000 gross/year
  • Bonus: €2,000 gross/year
