Job description

Our client is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Flemish-speaking Customer Support Agents to join their growing team! Are you looking to build your international career in the thrilling iGaming industry and have a passion for helping people? Then this opportunity is for you!

You can choose to work from the office in Sofia, Limassol or then fully remote from anywhere!

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Providing support in Flemish by email and Live chats;
  • Processing with great attention to details and content;
  • Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions;
  • Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;
  • Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Flemish, both written and spoken;
  • A proactive person with good support/sales skills;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.
