Business Development Manager for our real estate client in Madrid, Spain

We are looking for a true “hunter” who specialises in the meeting room and events sector and enjoys the rewards that come from developing new business and consistently achieving targets.

  • Selling their range of meeting room and event spaces across Spain, closing a deal every day.
  • Conducting tours for prospective customers, winning their business to achieve your sales target.
  • Leveraging their network of contacts nationwide to convert them into customers.

What you’ll need…

We are looking for a born networker with a natural ability to build relationships with customers. You should have/be:

  • Experience of selling meeting rooms and/or events
  • A positive attitude and good energy.
  • Self-motivated with drive to achieve sales targets.
  • A resilient attitude and the ability to quickly bounce back.
  • Strong influencing skills and be able to close deals.
