About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, your role will involve collaborating with your team to resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency. You’ll manage inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.

 

Candidate Requirements

  • German at C1 level and conversational English skills.
  • Politeness, strong communication abilities, and courteous manners.
  • Excellent time-management and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in groups.
  • Flexible availability to work in shifts.
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Experience in finance or banking is a plus.
