We are currently looking for German-speaking customer advisors who are ready to kick-start their careers in the picturesque city of Porto, in northern Portugal for what will be the future of smart, simple and intuitive payment processing for small physical businesses and many more.

 

About the client of this project:

The client of this project is a leading mobile point-of-sale (mPOS) company in Europe. It started out 5 years ago and built its payment service from scratch to shake up the industry and wake up the entrepreneur within anyone. It created a unique device that with the smartphone that’s in your pocket, allows small merchants to accept card payments anywhere. From our paperless onboarding to taking the first payment, they make it easy. Traditional offerings leave out small businesses, but they don’t. The project client is open and honest about its pricing and have no hidden fees. Furthermore, the mPOS company enjoys impressive global reach and has since expanded into 31 countries (including Germany, United Kingdom and Brazil) with more than 1000 employees worldwide.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer support to German-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels
  • Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service
  • Actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants
  • Closely work with other departments together, for example Sales and Marketing

Your Profile:

  • Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications (using a smartphone, tablet or computer is easy for you)
  • Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable)
  • Excellent language skills in German and feel comfortable speaking and writing in English
  • Love to communicate, while being easy-going and patient with our customers
  • Good and customer-friendly service is the highest priority for you
  • Curious and persistent to solve issues
  • Organised and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations
