Abuja is the beautiful capital of Nigeria, located in the central part of the country. It was in 1991 that Abuja became the capital, shifting from the city of Lagos. It is home to the presidential palace, supreme court, national arboretum, and millennium park, which is the biggest park in Abuja. The currency is the Nigerian Naira.
Working in Abuja will provide a unique experience, with its culture and tropical climate. Expat life in Abuja can feel quite luxurious, with no shortages on shops, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs to visit. English is the official language, however other languages spoken include Hausa, Yoruba and Ibo.
