Entry-level roles: If you're recently graduated and looking for opportunities abroad, we have plenty of entry-level roles that allow you to start your career. Many of our roles are in Customer Service, but we also have opportunities in Sales, Marketing, and Content Moderation.
Mid and senior roles: Do you already have experience in customer service and you’re looking for more responsibility and a challenge, we also have positions for Account Managers, Engagement Managers, and Solution Specialists. Additionally, we’re looking for senior positions like Team Leaders and Sales Managers as well.

3) Screening call: matching you with the right opportunity 📞✨
Once we receive your CV or find your profile on job portals, the first step is a screening call. This interview is used to understand your background, motivation, and what you’re looking for in your new job. We’ll ask about your work experience, salary expectations, and preferred countries or cities. A screening call helps us match your qualifications with the available positions.
If we find a good match, we’ll present you with the job opportunity. Are you interested in multiple positions? Great! We can begin the application process for several roles at the same time. This way, you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about each position and decide which one best matches your profile.
Is there not an immediate match available in our database? Don’t worry! The requirements of our clients change regularly, and we’ll keep your CV in our database for future positions. You can also register on our website and set up job alerts based on your preferred positions or locations. That way, you’ll be among the first to hear about new opportunities that match your interests. Did a role just open up in your dream destination and it sounds like the perfect career move?
You can apply directly through our website and one of our recruiters will contact you within 48 hours for a screening call.
During the screening, we’ll also confirm that you meet basic requirements, such as holding a valid EU passport or EU work permit, having no criminal record, and holding at least a high school diploma. All of our positions require candidates to be 18 years or older.
Once we find the right job match for you, we’ll introduce you to our partner company abroad, and the hiring process continues. The screening call can take place via phone or FaceTime, depending on what works best for you.

If it’s your first time moving abroad, don’t worry, we’re here to guide you through every step of the process. We’ll always be available to answer your questions and provide support.
Our partners typically offer help with finding accommodation, language classes, and administrative tasks, all of which can be overwhelming when moving to a new country. You’ll also go through onboarding, including job-specific training, to ensure you’re ready to perform your job effectively.
